The Armidale Waldorf School is in a beautiful bushland setting just minutes from Armidale's CBD and is now taking enrolments for Kindergarten in 2022.
The school has been operating for 36 years and its Steiner curriculum is based on the importance of educating the whole child.
Offering a NSW approved curriculum, it strands a rich integrated curriculum which encourages thinking with the head, feeling with the heart and doing with the hands. Its teachers provide children with an environment that fosters a love of learning throughout a student's educational journey at the school.
"We believe most children start school with an abundance of imagination, curiosity, and the willingness to try new things," said a spokesperson for the school.
"Our Steiner curriculum and teacher training support these attributes and we would like to invite you to experience this for yourself at an open morning in the kindergarten on Saturday June 5 from 10-12pm for parents and children.
"We will offer crafts, story time and bread making. This will be followed by an adult-only information evening on Wednesday June 9 from 6-7pm. Please RSVP for these events as numbers will be limited. We encourage you to take a moment to consider The Armidale Waldorf School- more than an education, a foundation for life - as an excellent choice for your kindergarten student.
