There will also be a Fibonacci theme at Pioneer Park, and upgrades to the Rotary Park.
Councillors decided at the Uralla April ordinary meeting which projects would be funded by a $2 million grant from the NSW Public Spaces Legacy Program.

The grant is yet to be confirmed, but council is forging ahead with plans.
The Constellation of the South at the Glen project, Rotary Park upgrades, and the model-boating lake will use $1.5 million of this, and $500,000 for Pioneer Park.
Uralla mayor Michael Pearce said the planned constellation was a group of rocks placed together in the shape of a "star constellation pattern", and was something that had been in the works for years.
One rock is in place, but it was a matter of "erecting the rocks in the proposed design pattern" for this project.
Cr Bob Crouch said this would provide a "very attractive area on the northern approach" to town.
"It would preserve a lasting legacy of a tourist attraction over a long term period," he said.
Cr Pearce said the boating lake was a "nice little quirky idea".
"We're known for our quirkiness and there's some sort of waterway in the vicinity. It's something different," he said.
Meanwhile, the plan for Pioneer Park will focus on the Fibonacci sequence, where each number is the sum of the two preceding ones, starting from zero and one.
"It relates numerically to our postcode," the mayor explained.
Subject to funding, the next step will be community consultation during the design phases of each project, as well as going out to tender for them.
