Despite drought, bushfires and a global pandemic resulting in the most challenging 18 months that the club industry has ever seen, ClubsNSW received a record number of story submissions for the awards.
The Clubs & Community Awards recognise the incredible contributions made by clubs in their local communities across the following nine categories: Arts and Culture, Bushfire Support, Clubs in Collaboration, COVID-19 Community Assistance, Drought Relief, Education, Fostering Grassroots Sport, Health and Wellbeing, and Heart of the Community.

ClubsNSW CEO Josh Landis said that the way clubs have looked after their members and communities throughout such a tumultuous period is nothing short of outstanding.
"We had so many awe-inspiring entries for the Clubs & Community Awards this year, demonstrating how clubs have once again dug deep to help those in need," said Mr Landis.
"From making welfare calls and sending out care packages to members during the COVID-19 shutdown, to providing shelter and food for those fleeing the Black Summer bushfires, clubs have gone above and beyond to support their communities, and this is their chance to be recognised for all their hard work."
The winners will be announced at the Clubs & Community Awards Night at the International Convention Centre, Sydney on Thursday, May 20.
