The first weekend of February saw Armidale host the New England and North West Speedo sprints as well as the Area Championships.
More than 300 young swimmers from around the region earned qualifying times to compete at the event with the hometown club experiencing "massive success."
Then they turned their attention to the Country Championships at Sydney Olympic Park.
Alligators secretary Ebony McKay said they took 11 swimmers to the event with some impressive results.
"We had our girls 10 to 12 relay freestyle team got a bronze medal, they came third in that Country Championship swim," she said.

Things are only getting busier for the swimmers with the finals for the Speedo sprints on March 6 and 7 and then the Junior State Age Championships on March 27, 28 and 29 in Sydney.
