Summer has arrived with a bang. Here in eastern Australia we're already reaching record-breaking temperatures. Unfortunately, like many homes and workplaces, my office doesn't have any air-conditioning. So I'm forced to try and find other ways to keep cool. Fortunately our café does make a pretty fantastic iced-coffee ... but even that comes with its own downside. The dreaded brain freeze.
