Salah returned a positive test while on international duty but after following self-isolation guidelines and UEFA testing, he was given the all clear.
"The test was negative - all the tests were negative - so, if nothing changed since yesterday, he is available," Klopp said in his pre-match press conference at the new Kirkby training ground.
"Mo (Salah) trained with the team yesterday and looked really good. Now we have to see what we do with that because he was quarantined until three days ago."
A win for Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday will send them through to the Champions League knock-out phase as they remain unbeaten at the top of Group D on 9 points.
