Uralla Shire Mayor Michael Pearce said the forum will proactively answer developers' questions and encourage quality commercial, industrial, and residential development in the shire.
"This is a key opportunity for council to work with local businesses and developers to assist the future economic growth of the Shire," Mayor Peace said.
"We understand regulatory requirements can be confusing at times, and want to make the process as clear as possible to support development in the Shire and help minimise avoidable delays that can unnecessarily hold up development."
Topics on the agenda include development application documentation, Bushfire Attack Level assessments, requirements of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Koala Habitat Protection) 2019, construction certificates and subdivisions.
There will also be the opportunity to address queries or issues which developers may have in a question and answer session.
