The Singleton-based jockey won the first four races of the day - all of them by at least a length.
The first win came aboard Muswellbrook trainer Justin Bowen's Intercept who beat Paul Grills' Scatman to the line in the 1400m Maiden Handicap.
He then backed it up in the second, a Class 1 and Maiden 1900m, on the favourite, Darren Egan-trainer Lunasnit.
Bullock's largest winning margin then came in the 1100m Maiden Plate when he rode Cody Morgan's Moyassar to a three-and-a-half length win in front of George Woodward's Foreign Brother.
