"Tighvonie" is a 155.73 hectare (384.8 acre) intensive grazing property.

"Tighvonie" is located in the centre of prime livestock country within close promixity to saleyards located at Guyra (26ks), Glen Innes (38ks), Armidale (64kms) and Inverell (77kms).
The homestead features four bedrooms and one bathroom and has an appealing sunroom, lounge and utility room.
There are numerous spring fed dams; one that utilises a pumping system to supply water for troughs and gardening, as well as two water tanks connected to the woolshed and three catchment tanks supplying water to the homestead.
