CROWDS flocked to the seventh annual NERAMble Art in the Garden event presented by the Friends of NERAM over the weekend.
Friends of NERAM chairman Martha Saw said more than 400 people visited the art display throughout the three gardens.
It was absolutely a great success and was one of the biggest NERAMble events ever, Ms Saw said.
We believe we sold about $15,000 worth of art over the two days.
The Friends of NERAM support and raise money for the New England Regional Art Museum to purchase crucial items.
A large collection of art was displayed and there was also local products for sale, Ms Saw said.
The venue was donated by the husband of the late Helen Dangar, as well as two of her neighbours, in memory of the former member of the Friends of NERAM.
We are planning to establish or purchase something in her honour, Ms Saw said.
