Due to social-distancing measures, the majority of this year's shows will be live streamed on social media, which means you won't have to be in Tamworth to watch Charlie's gig.
Charlie played at the launch held to promote the festival at Tamworth's Big Golden Guitar this week and was rapt to be included in the 21st Hats Off to Country festival line-up.

"There is a awesome line-up of artists this year," Charlie told The Express. "Unfortunately we won't have a audience to vibe off."
A lot of artists have used social media to continue performing during the coronavirus restrictions this year which has prevented live performances.
"At first it was hard not seeing people's reaction to your music but it is fantastic we have been able as a industry to adapt and appeal to a worldwide online presence," Charlie said.
Event co-ordinator Cheryl Brown said while this year's Hats Off To Tamworth was challenging to organise, it did offer up a number of exciting opportunities.
"We weren't so sure what we should do and we really are the first festival putting something together in this period," Ms Brown said.
"A lot of the artists have gone to their favourite venues and prerecorded their shows there, so really hats off to them for that.
"While it isn't how we normally would do things, I think everyone involved has adapted really well and it has opened up a lot of things for us."
The four-day event comes after a ban on regional travel within NSW was lifted in June, but Ms Brown said she did not expect the number of visitors to Tamworth to increase.
"People are more than welcome to come up for a visit but unfortunately there won't be too much on offer for them," she said.
"All the venues would love to be able to host live music, but the restrictions that are in place don't really allow them to do that.
"The next best thing has been for artists to go to their favourite venues and prerecord their concerts to show the world what it is like in Tamworth."
Concerts will be streamed live on the Hats Off To Country Facebook page from July 9 to July 12.
Charlie Fittler sings at the 2020 Tamworth Country Music Festival:
Charlie will be streaming from the Hat's Off to Country's Facebook page at 6pm on Friday, July 10 from Tamworth venue The Pub with talented guitarist and great mate Tom Manning.
"We are playing mostly new originals. We love playing music and it is so good to get back into it. Tune in it will be a ripper!"
In January, he played several gigs at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
The Hats Off festival was started in the late 90s so a country music festival could be held in Tamworth without the summer heat, hence the name Hats Off.
