A Keno 10 Spot win of more than $1.1 million went off on Saturday afternoon in Armidale but is yet to be claimed.
Keno officials are urging all players who purchased a Keno entry at Armidale City Bowling Club to check their tickets.
Club CEO Walter Sauer said he was eager to find the winner so they could enjoy their life-changing win.

"What excellent news for our winner. It's so great to be part of a life-changing event for one of our patrons," he said.
"When we saw on the screen that we had a winner at the club everyone's heads were turned to see if the winner would come forward.
"We've spread the message to our community and our members to let them know we are looking for our winner.
"We hope they check their ticket soon so we can unite them with their prize."
The mystery patron holds a Keno 10 Spot winning entry in game 031 played on Saturday worth $1,149,572.50.
Keno spokesperson Bronwyn Spencer said she was eager to confirm the news with the winner.
"Someone out there could be wandering around with a million-dollar winning ticket in their back pocket or handbag without knowing they've won," she exclaimed.
"We're urging all Armidale Keno players to check their tickets today; you could be holding the winning entry.
"We recommended checking wallets, purses, coat pockets and handbags for any tickets that may be on the loose.
"We've had past winners come forward after finding an old ticket in their wallet or at the bottom of their handbag.
"If you discover you're holding the winning Keno 10 Spot ticket, hold on tight to it and head into your closest venue as soon as possible so that we can start the prize claim process."
