How are you staying fit, both physically and mentally?
Family have been in more frequent contact by phone and video calls. Doing more walks. Occasional golf game but not so enjoyable because of social distancing. Paddock work with chainsaw on dead trees. Just rolled my tennis court after yesterday's rain (very exhausting).
What's the one thing keeping you sane?
Glad I have the computer. Play several involved strategy games which I have been doing for a number of years now and I update these a number of times daily. Also daily contact with at least one of my children.
Are you working from home?
Always work from home now. Some investment's adjustment on line every few days.
