The time chosen to present this proposal to council when the community is in lock down due to Covid-19 and council meetings are closed to the public is despicable and treats the Armidale community with contempt.

There has been no publicity about this proposal. I thought this matter had been resolved in the negative in 2016.
How often will it be resurrected? Until the proposer is satisfied with the outcome?
