The side finished as silver medallists at the carnival in Bathurst this week.
They were set 220 to get the win after Sydney North won the toss and elected to bat and didn't manage to get over the line.
It's the first time the high school girls' team has made the state final and they got there in emphatic style.
After being undefeated for the majority of the tournament they made their way into the semi-final against back-to-back reigning champions Sydney South West.
In a thrilling semi-final finish with only 10 players, North West managed to topple Sydney South West to qualify for the final.
North West batted first in that game and were all out for 103 in the 44th over.
In a nail-biter, they managed to bowl out Sydney South West for 95.
Parsons, a year seven student at Armidale Secondary College, is the youngest at the carnival and has stepped up with bat and ball.
It's not her first taste at state level after playing in the North West primary school side in recent years. She's also represented NSW for back-to-back under-12 titles.
