It will be held at the Armidale Jockey Club on Friday, November 29 from 4pm-9pm.
The original date for the markets was cancelled because one of the food trucks was involved in an accident.

Event manager Anna Demasi originally said the market would return in the new year, but the new date was chosen because of how disappointed locals were.
"When we looked at how many people were disappointed ... we said 'we can't let these guys down, let's get a small team together and let's put on a decent variety of food and they can have a great day out'," Ms Demasi said.
"We couldn't let everybody down especially because everyone was so gracious we thought 'nope we've got to put something together'."
Ms Demasi said some of the original stallholders won't be able to attend the new dates, but there would be some new vendors coming instead.
These vendors will be offering all kinds of dishes, including waffles, Cold Rock Ice Creamy, churros, Vietnamese, Turkish gozleme, Mexican and more.
Emails are down for the manager, so those wanting to get in touch to hold a stall are encouraged to contact Ms Demasi by messaging through the Foodies Night Market Facebook page.
