Clarrie Moran and Cody Graham will return to the side but Easts will be without quick Jackson Gwynne for the remainder of the season, and all-rounder Cameron Ashe will also depart.
"It is the first time we have had to have three grades on the park this year so it could be a fair test," Easts captain Sam Uphill said.
"We have bare minimum numbers at the moment.
"Losing Jackson and Cam Ashe now so we are in a fair bit of trouble.
"We don't have a replacement.
"Hopefully Lochie Elks might play up and might be able to bowl a few overs for us this year, that is what we are hoping for, but that will be all discussed at training tonight [Thursday].
"We are not missing quality, we are missing quantity at the moment."

Their opponents, Guyra, will be without their leading run-scorer for last season, Matt Finlay but welcome back Ben Jackson after he scored 81 in second grade on Saturday.
Against Servies in their last-start, Guyra struggled with their fielding.
Guyra skipper Charlie White was disappointed but was happy to welcome back Jackson, who provides spark in the area it was missing from.
"It would be good two cans of red bull out on the field," White said.
"If we make the errors we did on the weekend we are going to get a good score hit on us."
White is looking forward to facing Easts but isn't reading too much into their lack of numbers.
"They have been the benchmark for however many years," he said.
"You have got Sam Uphill so if we can limit him to less than one wicket, it will be a good start.
"We will be very wary of them.
"They have got good depth, a quality team in second grade as well."
