They re-scheduled their AGM for Sunday, October 13 and managed to elect a committee.
Stephen Vanry replaces Josh Clark as president, Jason Doran and Quentin Dillon will share the vice-president role while Sam Townsend takes over as treasurer.
The club will also be putting a call out for coaches for their men's and league tag teams for 2020.
As for the Group 19 competition in 2020, a proposal to dissolve both the second division and reserve grade competitions has been put forward.
This would mean all clubs would play in the one division but how they face off is yet to be determined.
The draw would be based on teams entering the competition but proposed ideas include a conference or tier system set up, double headers to reduce travel, juniors to run on separate draw or a possibility for gala days or nights.
