David said the recital was both to celebrate the restoration of the musical instrument and perhaps raise a few more funds for its upkeep.
It was realised about five years ago that the 90-year-old organ needed a major repairs to its blower and bellows.
"The refurbishment was completed three months ago by Peter Dukes, an organ specialist from Sydney who regularly tunes our organ," David said.
"A new blower was purchased from Germany and the bellows were removed from the old organ and taken down to his workshop in Sydney.

"They've been re-leathered and re-glued, and the same glue was used as in 1929 because it's a superior glue, can you believe it?"
David said the organ blower imported from Germany also came from the same factory that manufactured the original, prior to its installation at the beginning of last century.
"It's quite amazing that the especially tanned lamb's skin leather was imported from Germany, and the folk down in Sydney did a really good job," he said.
"They said getting that glue off, getting that leather off the frame from 1929, the glue was still strong. I'm not sure what it's made of, but the folk said the original glue is far stronger than modern glues.
"So, we've now got a totally refurbished organ. It cost quite a bit of money that the parishioners of St Paul's paid for."
Next month, Heather Moen-Boyd will perform her fourth recital on the organ with the previous three helping to raise funds for the refurbishment of the instrument.
"Heather is a very well known organist," David said.
He said the recital would be open to everyone and a small donation to go towards the organ's ongoing maintenance would also be appreciated.
