He will be laid to rest on his 100th birthday.
As a celebration of Frank's life the Presnell family has invited everyone to his memorial service to be held at the Guyra Showground at 10am on June 1.
Frank's grandaughter Gina Lockyear said everyone was welcome to attend.
"Frank would have wanted all his friends and community to celebrate his life," she said.
