Both teams are undefeated heading into the round six encounter, with Robb in front on the table on bonus points, but Ditchfield is more focused on his side's form at this stage of the season.
"We are probably not as excited as Tamworth seem to be," he said.
"It is just another game of footy.
"It is round six but it will be good to play them and see where we are at.
"They are the only team we haven't played yet."
Robb have been plagued by injuries but welcome a handful back on Saturday.
Forwards James Gavin and Clarry Pratten are unavailable but they will have Will Marshall return.
Grand final-winning five-eighth Charlie Steele-Park will also make his comeback after recovering from injury sustained in their round one match against St Albert's.
Robb struggled for momentum early on against the Barbarians with frequent turnovers but Ditchfield said they have addressed that area of their game.
"We have just been working on our work at the breakdown during the week, ball security, maintaining possession and making our tackles is what we are going to concentrate on," he said.
"We have probably not done a lot on our work at the breakdown, as much we have in the last week or so."
Ditchfield is "looking forward" to the clash.
"It is going to be very physical in the centre of the field I would imagine," he said.
"Their 10, 12 and 13 are very direct runners and strong runners of the ball so we will have to be very good with our defence there, not just to make the tackle but use that collision as an opportunity to regain possession as well."
