Batting first, Cody Graham pushed himself to second place on the runs chart for the season with another handy knock of 60.
Clarrie Moran added 50, captain Todd Francis 47 as their side piled the runs to finish 8-238 after 45 overs.
“It was really good to go on with it and put on a really good score and bat out our overs, bat out the full 45,” Francis said.
“Not many teams have done that this year so for us to do that was really handy.
“Cody and Clash batted pretty well again, Cody has been in really good touch for us and Clash, coming off some really good runs on Friday [Twenty20 match], continued his good stuff with another 50 so it is really good to see those boys going well.”
For Ex-Services, Dan Hogan’s 4-33 was the standout performance in what was a match they would rather forget.
Servies started their run chase dismally with Easts opening bowler Sam Uphill snaring a first-ball wicket.
It didn’t get any better as Uphill, Francis, Jackson Gwynne, Brandon Burey and Tom Toshack ripped through the remaining Servies batsmen to have them all out for 69.
Francis said all of his side “contributed” to the win but felt Servies were below-par.
“To be honest, I thought Ex-Services might have come out with a bit more intent but it seemed as though the game dragged on a little bit,” he said.
“We obviously had the pressure on them from the get-go, we tried to set some pretty attacking fields to try and get as many wickets as quickly as we could and the bowlers bowled to them.”
