Willow Stahlut and Linden Lester are The Imprints and since last performing in Armidale, have travelled back to North America to tour and perform at everything from music festivals through to intimate venues along the way.

They also toured the east coast of Australia, from the Daintree rainforest to inner city Melbourne, and loved playing their high energy music everywhere in between.
"We started in Melbourne over a decade ago. After a few years in other bands playing together, we realised we should start our own project," Willow said.
"So the Imprints sort of started as a bit of side project, but ended up being received pretty well at gigs, and ended up taking over from all of our other big projects.
"It became the one that we got to travel all around the world playing gigs with. It was a bit of a surprise, I guess."

Most recently they performed a suite of dates at Woodford Folk Festival to sellout crowds, and were described as ‘the most exciting act at Glastonbury’ by a music organizer.
They were described as ‘epic’, ‘life changing’ and ’inspirational’ by fans.
The Imprints will be performing a no cover charge show from 7.30pm at the Welders Dog on Thursday January 17.
"Mum and dad both work at the Uni, and they've lived in Armidale since before I was born," Willow said.
"We don't get to come back very often, but it is really nice when we do get to come back for a gig."
This time around Willow will bring home her newborn daughter.
