Beardy Street will be closed to all vehicles between Jessie Street and Allingham Street for road resurfacing from 5.30am on Tuesday, November 13 until 2pm on Wednesday, November 14.

Work will be limited to 6am to 6pm to reduce the impact of noise on residents.
The top 50mm of the road surface will be removed and replaced with new asphalt, complemented by new traffic islands and new line marking.
ALSO READ:
Weather permitting, the project is expected to take one day for the asphalt works and an additional working day to install the traffic islands and complete line marking.
Footpaths will remain open for pedestrian access.
