After Jordan King departed the crease with a duck, Hamish Biddle steadied things with 18.
Armidale number three batsman Sam Johnson and four Cotter Litchfield starred with the bat with Johnson smashing 60 runs and Litchfield 95.
A solid 27 from Kieran Wicks rounded out the top run scorers for Armidale as they finished their innings at 7-259.
Ball in hand, Armidale shared their wickets around with Ryan Simpson and Darcy McDermott ensuring their side would start they wanted, dismissing Inverell’s openers for two runs apiece.
Simpson snared his second not long after in the form of Inverell’s key player Jake House before McDermott added a second to his scoresheet in number five Lachlan Burton.
Henry Mitchell saw off Inverell’s Sean Walters and then their top run scorer Matthew de Gunst for 14.
All of a sudden, Inverell were in disarray at 6-34 and Mitchell pounced again with the wicket of Dillan Gardner.
Litchfield added a wicket to his already stellar match when he cleaned up the stumps of Ben Myler.
He grabbed is second soon after and then Biddle chimed in to finish them off for 64.
Armidale also won the under 14s match against Inverell by 74 runs while the under 12s bowled out Inverell for 75 and chased the total down for only two wickets lost.
