Both teams qualified after they won their zone playoffs.
The fours played at Pottsville and the sixes played at Nelson Bay.
President Glenn Farrell thanked Servies chief executive Scott Sullivan for his continued support, sponsors JNC Group, Sportsbuild, City Signs and Williams Auto.
This is a great achievement for both grades.
It is the first time two grades from the club have made it at the same time.
The last time the club made it to the state championships was in 2009, where the number fives played at Ettalong being defeated by Dubbo in the final to bring home the runners-up flag.
The tournament will be played from August 17 to 19.
