The Tigers wrapped up the Group 19 second division minor premiership, and the right to host the major semi-final, with their win over Walcha in round 15.
Both the Tigers and the Super Spuds have class all across the park but Uralla captain-coach Josh Clark believes discipline and ball control will be key for whoever earns the win.
“I think it will be won by whoever completes their sets the better,” he said.
“I think both teams can score points and both teams have good forward packs but it will depend on who can complete the most sets and who turns up to play on the day.
“Everyone will have to turn up and want to win.
“They will be looking to knock us off and get into that major semi and have another crack at us in two weeks.”
The Tigers set themselves a goal to not be beaten on their home turf this year and Clark said they are determined to keep that record intact.
“Not yet and we are hoping to keep it that way but anything can happen on the day I suppose,” he said.
“It just depends if we turn up, that’s our main drama.”
But he is wary of an in-form Super Spuds outfit.
“Guyra are a good side, that is for sure,” Clark said.
“We are going to turn up and try and send them home with their tails between their legs but they are a real tough team and it will be a good contest and a good spectacle for fans to come and watch.
“We just want to win the next three games and take this little premiership out.”
Uralla have gone through the season relatively injury free and Clark has options again this Saturday in who he can put on the park.
“Everyone is there, we are not missing anyone,” he said.
“We are looking at giving at few blokes a little less time to look at giving a few blokes more time that haven’t played much this year but other than that it is full-strength.
“We have only had a couple of fellas out from the first game of the year so we have been lucky in that aspect.”
In the league tag, the Uralla girls are aiming to bounce back from their last-start loss to Walcha when they take on the Spudettes.
League tag will start the day at 1pm.
