The three-day event attracted nearly 400 Rotarians to the city on March 9-11.
A special visitor travelled from Sri Lanka to take part in the festivities.
Gowri Rajan from the Rotary Club of Kandy represented the Rotary International president-elect, Ian H.S. Riseley.
“I have really enjoyed myself visiting the New England,” Ms Rajan said.
The conference included breakfast, golf, regional tours and key note speakers.
District governor Bob Ryan said he was thrilled with the turnout for the district conference.
“Most of the content was on the various Rotary project we have,” Mr Ryan said.
“The idea of the conference is fellowship. We had two dinners and we mix.
“Rotary has been active for more than 100 years and the ideas are still coming.
“We have many projects in our districts. It is all volunteer and charity work aiming to help out where we can.”
