Rounds have been played on the greens of Port Macquarie Golf Club for more than 100 years.

The course continues to take steps towards improvement, with course architect Richard Chamberlain recently embarking on a series of tweaks to the already testing layout.

The club holds a number of events to encourage keen golfers of all ages and abilities, with the annual seaside classic week in August the pinnacle.

Throughout the week there are opportunities for small groups to plan a weekend away and fit in a game of golf.
