Performing at both Capitol Theatre Tamworth and Bendemeer Town Hall as part of Tamworth Regional Council’s initiative, Capitol Theatre Presents, this dynamic group of performers whose deep understanding of Klezmer, the celebratory and soulful music of Eastern European Jews, is reflected in exuberant, passionate and accomplished performances.
The London Klezmer Quartet includes Ilana Cravitz (violin), Susi Evans (clarinet), Carol Isaacs (accordion) – all direct from the UK – and Aussie, Indra Buraczewska (double bass and vocals).
You can catch London Klezmer Quartet at Bendemeer Town Hall on Wednesday, February 21 at 7.30pm and Capitol Theatre Tamworth on Thursday, February 22 also at 7.30pm.
