The side couldn’t have started on a tougher note than facing Tamworth Blue in their round one game but won comfortably.
They went on to thump Inverell in round two before beating Tamworth Gold in their most recent game on November 26.
Coach Jerome Simpson said they’ve grown every time they’ve stepped out on to the field.
“The kids have really stepped up, they're really playing as a team and thinking ahead for themselves,” he said.
“If they keep the pressure on and really field well then the rest of it will come to them – backing their bowlers up, keeping a lot of teamwork and when they go out to bat, don't throw their wicket away and have some fun, that's the main thing, have fun while they're doing it.”
They play Gunnedah at home this Sunday.
