
ARMIDALE police have arrested three people on warrants in relation to separate matters.
About 10.30am yesterday officers arrested a 29-year-old male for three warrants relating to possession of prohibited drugs, driving while unlicensed, driving with a license cancelled and goods in custody offences.
The man was bail refused until late August.
While transporting this male to the Armidale police station, law enforcers recognised a 25-year-old male in Beardy Street who was wanted for breaching of a community service order.
Police apprehended the male who appeared before Armidale Local Court and was given a Good Behaviour Bond.
A short time later police attended a house in South Armidale where a 35 year old female was arrested on six outstanding warrants for offences relating to possession of prohibited drugs, driving while disqualified and driving with an illicit drug present in blood.
She was bail refused until late August.
Police said these arrests are a result of information received from the community and are reminding everyone that confidential information can be provided to police via CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
