FIVE Armidale cricketers have been spending their winter Sundays training with the Central North Academy in Tamworth.
Henry Smith, Henry Sindel, Kieran Dennis, Nick Page and Benji Marshall were invited by Cricket NSW to join an intensive winter training programme in preparation for the coming representative season.
The Cricket NSW Academy identifies and develops talented young cricketers.
They invited 30 boys from the Central North area to attend this season’s academy.
