Peter Spyropolous, 48, pleaded guilty to four charges of using a carriage service to harass and offend on Monday.
Detectives were in court to monitor Spyropolous.
The accused was yelling at the stand, where he represented himself. Magistrate Michael Holmes asked Spyropolous to lower his voice.
“I’m concerned about this gentleman’s mental health,” Magistrate Holmes said.
The accused, who said he was extremely upset and under high stress, replied: “Come off it, you’re concerned about nothing but your own mental health.”
Magistrate Holmes asked the man if he followed sovereign law in a previous hearing. On Monday Spyropolous said he felt it was treated as a joke.
“When I asked you why you asked that you said, ‘No reason’,” Spyropolous said. “How ridiculous is that? No answer, play the government trick. Silence is your only answer.”
The matter was adjourned until March 13 for hearing.
