Armidale Regional Council service leader Greg Lawrence said the event would be a great day for families.
“Young fans will have a great chance to enjoy the performance and stay on for a meet and greet,” Mr Lawrence said.
Kids Day in the Mall is on Saturday December 16 from 9am to 1pm.
Minions will perform on the Mall Stage at 10am, 11am and midday.
