In Armidale, Flourish Australia staff, mental health providers and community members will march to raise awareness about suicide prevention.
The walk will leave from Mallam House, 94 Rusden Street, at 10am on Friday.
Finishing in Central Park, speakers will provide information and remember those lost to suicide. If you or someone you know is struggling, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
