Riders travel from all over New England to compete in the event on Sunday.
It commences at 8.30am with hacking in height, rider classes, pairs and bareback classes before the fast-paced action of sporting begins in the afternoon.
Club president Jason Jones said 50 riders usually turn out for the event and encouraged clubs as far as Tenterfield to participate.
“We offer free camping for anybody who comes from the Tenterfield club,” he said.
"There will be a full functioning canteen, raffles and all sorts of different fundraisers going on so we will be busy. We have some good judges coming that don't know the kids which is another upside.”
Local organisations have put their hands up to assist the club run the day’s activities.
"They support us we support them, all our food is bought from our sponsors,” Jones said.
Entry is for all pony club members and is available on the day.
