The new brand is about unleashing opportunities in the region and making the most of our natural advantages according to Council.
“The quality of the design is very good and it’s quite surprising for me to believe that in a region like Armidale you can get the same quality as Sydney or Melbourne,” Council’s organisation services group leader Lindsay Woodland said.
More than 60 community-minded residents workshopped the new strategy.
They were asked what excited them about living in the region.
“The new brand is about building pride in the community and building pride in the region,” Mr Woodland said.
