After going down to the Tingha Untouchables in the first game of the day 24-nil the Rams were beaten by a red-hot Tamworth Rebels side 32-nil.
We had a few players out with State Touch and injuries. But the girls showed up ready to play.

They were though down a few troops.
“We had a few players out with State Touch and injuries,” Rams coach Kate McCulloch said.
“But the girls showed up ready to play.”
Some of the players they were missing key players, which did affect their structure.
“A lot of the girls that were playing here it was their first time playing,” she said.
Among those was Warialda rugby union star Molly Kennedy.
“She’ll be a big bonus for our team,” McCulloch said.
She said Skye Waller also tried hard, particularly in defence.
McCulloch was one of the driving forces behind establishing the competition and is happy with how it coming along.
“The feedback we’ve been getting from the spectators is that the quality is improving,” she said.
Tamworth Rebels were the winners on the day.
