All you have to do is to go to our website, www.armidaleexpress.com.au

Near the top of the page is a red strip titled “results”. If you click on “submit here”, it will take you to a simple form to fill in.

Fill in the name of your sport, the full name of your club, division, the date of competition, a description of what happened if it is appropriate, and the results.

This information is sent to our journalists to include in the Express’ sports details at the next opportunity.

This process makes sure your sports details go to the right place as soon as possible.

It means you can submit your results from anywhere that you have access to the internet - even on your phone beside the sporting field!

All sports results will soon be submitted this way, so if you are one of our valued regular contributors, please give it a try as soon as possible.

If you have never submitted sports results before, this is a great time to start. We want to keep our sports results as comprehensive as possible.
