Police are appealing to the public for information following an armed robbery in Girraween.

Just after 3am on Wednesday December 7, two men armed with weapons similar to a tomahawk and hammer, entered a service station on Queen Elizabeth Drive, Armidale.
The men demanded money and cigarettes from a male staff member before leaving the store along Queen Elizabeth Drive.
No one was injured during the incident.
The staff member activated the alarm and officers attached to New England Local Area Command attended a short time later and established a crime scene.
Police would like to speak to two men who may be able to assist their investigations.
The first man is described as being of medium build, approximately 168cm tall and was last seen wearing a dark hoddie with white cords hanging from the neck and waist and dark pants. He had his face covered.
The second man is described as being of medium build, approximately 167cm tall and was last seen wearing a dark jacket and dark pants. He also had his face covered.
