More than 80 finalists have been recognised for their excellence across 15 categories.
President of the Armidale Business Chamber Tracy Pendergast said that she doesn’t envy the judges in having to make some tough decisions.
“We have some fantastic entries, I don’t know how the judges are going to decide,” she said.
The entries will be judged by two independent judges and Ms Pendergast said that all finalists should be incredibly proud of their work.
“Choosing will be a really difficult job, but to make it as a finalist is fantastic,” she said.
Winners will be selected from the mental health sector for excellence in supporting mental health recovery, innovation, sustainability, small business, business, ethics, emerging business leader, business leader, New England Enterprising Woman, community development, new business, accessibility, customer service in retail, customer service in hospitality and customer service in trades and services.
The Armidale Business Gala Awards evening will take place at the Armidale City Bowling Club, September 9 at 6:30pm. Cost is $90.
