Head of charity Naarah Scholes said more than 200 people would be attending the event held on the Robb College front lawn.
“This is the first year that we have held the event for the Royal Flying Doctor Service and we are expecting it to be a great day,” Ms Scholes said.
“It’s an incredible charity and we are thrilled to be able to support it.”
Minister for Rural Health Fiona Nash will also be a guest speaker and there will be a model of a walkthrough cabin of a Flying Doctor aeroplane.
“There will be a gorgeous lunch with auctions, raffles and plenty of speakers on the day,” Ms Scholes said.
“Robb College is known for its rural connections and this is a service that will be there for them in their future careers.”
Tickets can be purchased at the event on May 1 from the University of New England’s Robb College at a cost of $110 per person, with all proceeds going to the charity.
