Alongside more than a dozen stalls selling furniture, knick-knacks and retro clothes there will be home-cooked meals and real coffee available for purchase.
“People come from all over the state to sell their wares,” deputy principal Roger Horton said.
“They sell mostly furniture, knick-knacks and estate jewellery.” Now in its 12th year, the fair is a major source of income for school beautification projects such as renovating the hall’s change rooms.
“For instance last year the money from the antique fair paid for a computer management system for the whole school,” Mr Horton said. The fair will be held at the Armidale High School Auditorium today from 2pm to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Entry is $7 for adults, $4 for pensioners and children with those under 12 years of age can enter for free.
