Kylie Therese Beaton is facing several offences after police attached to the Armidale Target Action Group raided a home in Perrott St in October.
During a brief appearance in Armidale Local Court this week, Magistrate Mark Richardson ordered investigators to compile a brief of evidence into the case.
Beaton is charged with two counts of supplying an illegal drug, two counts of possessing illegal drugs, possessing drug implements and dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.
She remains on conditional bail.
The charges were trigger after a tip-off to police.
Acting on information from the public, police searched the home and discovered 446g of cannabis and a white crystal substance, which police suspect is methylamphetamine or ice, from the home.
More than $23,000 worth of cash was also seized, and investigators believe the drug haul has an estimated street value of more than $80,000.
Beaton's co-accused, Greg Mark Beaton, remains bail refused on charges connected to the raid.
