The workshop, presented by the Association of NSW Regional Conservatoriums in collaboration with the Sydney Opera House and the Department of Education, gives young regional conservatorium musicians the opportunity of a lifetime.
Jonathan Bruhl, Laura Crandell, Nick Hadfield, Jessica Hughes, Hanna Kwan, Georgina Sindel, Will Smith, Elinor Warwick and Anya Zuber started rehearsals on Monday and will perform alongside orchestra musicians in a concert on Thursday at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
NECOM Director Susanne James said it was a “once-in-a-lifetime experience”.
