After a strong start in the competition, Robb are winless since their six game winning streak ended in the eleventh round against Armidale.
For St Alberts, a win is a must if they are any chance of getting their season back on track.
“If we don’t win this weekend we are in a fair bit of trouble,” Albies coach Tom Newsome says.
Both teams will have players out for the clash but say they have good depth in the side to cover the losses.
Newsome said his young side was still developing but were up to the challenge.
“This year we have a lot of first and second year students who are still physically developing,” he said.
“We have a lot of ability, we just need to win our set pieces and dominate the breakdown.” “Possession will be key.”
In the other match Armidale and Guyra will meet again in a rematch of last week’s game.
They face off in Glen Innes and with neither team gaining a home ground advantage, the Ghosts will be hoping to take the win and the confidence as the finals loom.
