A MAN has been charged with intimidation after he allegedly broke into an Armidale boarding school on Monday night.
A 21-year-old employee woke up to find a man she knew at the foot of her bed.
The woman woke up other employees who chased the intruder out of the building.
The man fled and the incident was reported to police on Tuesday morning.
A 22-year-old man was arrested at an Armidale home that afternoon.
He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Armidale Local Court on February 20.
