The KAMS team of trainers have put together a programme with a big fun factor - as participants will do everything from traditional gym exercise to creative activity like dance.

The 'Shape Up' isn't just for the benefit of the participants or our readers, as it is also a fundraiser for Kids Helpline - an invaluable free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.
